I had a delightful stay in a spacious room with a lovely decor that made it feel like a real home away from home, and I truly appreciated the great breakfast selection that included a delicious omelette served in a cozy dining area, all while being just a few steps from Queen's Park and a short stroll to the High Street for various shops and cafes.

The stay was quite enjoyable, primarily due to the welcoming atmosphere and the superb breakfast options. I had easy access throughout the property, which was quite senior-friendly. The owner was particularly helpful with local recommendations. the shower temperature could use a bit of adjustment.

this place is just amazin! hilton is a fantastic host, super helpful and made us feel really comfy. the breakfast was the best – loads of options and the homemade jams were a nice touch. great view from our room, really clean and cozy! oh, and loved the little things like a fridge with fresh milk for tea, such a nice detail!

the mattress was kinda hard for our taste and the pillows could be better. also, parking was a bit tight, but not a dealbreaker.

The warm and inviting decor of 1 Park Road made us feel right at home, and the accessibility for seniors was excellent, allowing easy navigation throughout the property. The cozy atmosphere was particularly comforting during our stay.

We enjoyed a cozy two-night escape in a well-equipped standard room. The ambience was perfect for relaxation, with comfy furnishings and thoughtful touches. Breakfast was delightful, though my partner wished for hotter beans and a herb-free option for his mushrooms. Still, overall, a lovely stay.

Our stay was wonderful, especially with the spacious living room and impressive views from our room. Host Hilton was exceptionally kind, providing nice touches like wine glasses and snacks. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Windermere center, making it easy to explore the area with my elderly parents.

My kids wished the bathroom was more modern and comfortable.

Me and my partner had such a lovely stay! The room was big, super clean, and comfy. Breakfast was really good, too—lots to choose from like hot and cold options. Only wish the Wi-Fi was better, kinda spotty at times. a great place to relax!

Had a nice stay with the hosts, especially the breakfast prepared by Hilton. The homemade jams and freshly squeezed juice were out of this world, a good way to start every morning.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but definitely worth the cost.
